2 Days / 1 Night Weekend: Discovering Giglio Island
It rises on the horizon beyond the Argentario, its bold and confident profile almost as if it were trying to flaunt all its beauty. Its granite stones gleam from afar and become a magical apparition as you slowly approach from the sea.
We'll hike through this little treasure of the Tuscan Archipelago for an exhilarating and rewarding experience for all senses. We'll discover its history, both past and present, and the paths that will take us up to 360-degree panoramic views and down to the sea to dreamy coves. We'll arrive without taking our cars on board, and we'll do so at the end of the season, when businesses and tourism have closed. It's the perfect way to explore it at your own pace, and with our dogs.
If the days are pleasantly warm and sunny, I'm sure we'll even get in one last swim!
To welcome us this weekend with half board treatment, a historic and panoramic residence among the most beautiful of Giglio, the’Hotel Castello Monticello, located high up on Giglio Porto.
